Meet Hillary

Hillary is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping young adults, women and families navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. With extensive experience working in outpatient therapy, foster care, community mental health, and care coordination, Hillary specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, and significant life transitions.

Additionally, Hillary holds a special place in her practice for supporting moms. As a mom herself, she understands firsthand that how motherhood can bring identity shifts, overwhelm, guilt, and the pressure to hold everything together. Whether you're adjusting to life with a new baby, juggling the demands of parenting, or simply trying to find yourself again within this new role, Hillary offers a space where moms can show up honestly, without judgment, and be supported in caring for themselves the way they care for everyone else.

Hillary provides individual therapy with personalized treatment plans designed to meet each client's unique needs and goals. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Using evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy, Hillary helps clients build practical coping skills, improve emotional well-being, strengthen relationships, and develop confidence in navigating life's challenges.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, healing from trauma, managing overwhelming emotions, adjusting to a life transition, or simply looking for greater balance, Hillary is committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.

My Approach

Hillary’s therapeutic style is collaborative and goal-oriented. Together, you will identify your strengths, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical tools that support lasting change both inside and outside the therapy office. Hillary values meeting clients where they are while gently encouraging growth at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable.

With extensive experience working with children, teens, and families, Hillary understands the complexities of trauma, family dynamics, foster care, school-related stress, emotional regulation, and behavioral challenges. She also enjoys working with young adults and helping them navigate relationships, career decisions, identity development, and the many transitions that accompany adulthood.

Above all, Hillary believes that healing happens through authentic connection. Her goal is to help every client leave therapy feeling more confident, resilient, and equipped with the skills needed to create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
